Holiday Homes & 2nd Homes Now Acceptable

Commercial Express is delighted to announce that CX Let has been extended to accommodate UK Holiday Homes and 2nd Homes that are occupied by the policyholder or let to friends, family or holiday makers.

Accidental Damage to buildings and contents is available, whilst CX Let automatically includes £2,000,000 property owners’ liability cover.

Holiday Homes and 2nd Homes also benefit from the recent increased commission of 22.50%.
