To make a claim simply call the appropriate 24 hour helpline as indicated.
Telephone Calls
- 95% of all calls answered within 15 seconds
- Call backs made the same day or at an agreed time with the agent or the insured or their representative.
New Claims
- Report forms issued on the date of the claim notification, subject to satisfactory information being supplied.
- All new losses acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt and ceqonline updated accordingly.
Correspondence
- All general correspondence handled within 5 working days of receipt and ceqonline updated accordingly.
Complaints
- All complaints acknowledged in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
Out of hours claims
- 24 hour helpline to be made available.
- Loss adjusters appointed within 1 hour of claims notification in respect of emergency's only.
- Customers to be updated at all times.

Notification of New claims
To notify us of a new claim please follow the steps below:
- Check the Certificate and Schedule to ensure that you are covered.
- Check the Claims conditions under the respective Section(s) of the Certificate.
- Call our dedicated claims line on 0870 443 4609 to notify us of your claim.
