CX Let and CX Commercial now both carry commission of 22.5 per cent, up from 20 per cent and 17.5 per cent respectively. The news gets even better as both products remain in their current price structure and there are no increases in premiums. Brokers will simply be gaining more revenue from sales of both products, which remain market leading and highly competitive. What’s more, CX Let now includes an option for malicious acts or vandalism whilst the property is unoccupied.

The commission increase began with effect from 1 November 2009 so brokers are already benefitting financially from the changes.
