The CX Let Rent Guarantee extension is designed to cover landlords wishing to protect themselves against non-paying tenants and associated costs to remove the tenant from the rental property if applicable.

Cover is for 12 months with no restrictions to the number of tenancies and unlike many other insurers’, as a standard feature of our Rent Guarantee cover we do not impose any addition fees for change of tenancy as the policy covers the landlord’s property.
