CX Portfolio, a property owners’ facility designed for residential landlords with 5 or more properties. Underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s the new look CX Portfolio scheme is a self quoting scheme allowing you the ability to provide quotations without the need to refer.

Our standard residential landlords’ rates have been discounted by up to 15%.

Easy to Use

Step 1 - Download the CX Portfolio Underwriting Guide.

Step 2 - In order to obtain a quotation simply access the “CX Portfolio Quick Quote” engine located on the homepage under the tab "Quick Quote". Each property must be individually rated using "Quick Quote".

Step 3 – To request cover simply complete and fax the manual hold covered forms as contained in the CX Portfolio Underwriting Guide and policy documents will be issued within 72 hours of your instructions.

Policy coverage has been massively improved in recent months to include Accidental Damage to Buildings for certain tenancy types and £2,000,000 Property Owners Liability cover as standard.
