Commercial Express Claims
With effect from 26th February 2007 Commercial Express will be handling all property owners’ claims in respect of policies underwritten by Navigators Insurance Company.
Commercial Express have traditionally outsourced its claims but have now taken the decision to handle underwriting and claims under one roof and thereby creating greater communication between the two.
Commercial Express have appointed Karen Woodyatt, formerly of CMGL, to head the newly formed claims department. Our aim is to bring a new dimension in claims management services. Incorporating a revolutionary approach, unique technologies and unrivalled levels of service.
The change has been made so to improve the level of service, speed and efficiency offered to both you and the policyholder. CMGL employ only the best people and together we aim to deliver a quality service unrivalled in the UK market place.
All new incidents must be notified to the Commercial Express Claims 24 hour helpline 0845 094 5284 whilst all existing Navigator claims previously handled by CMGL will be transferred to Commercial Express on the 26th February.
Markel International have also taken the decision to handle their own claims in-house, effective from 5th March 2007. Access to Markel claims can be gained using 0121 237 8894.
