Commercial Express Withdraws CX Points
Commercial Express have announced the withdrawal of CX Points with effect from the 31st March 2008.
Duncan Pritchard, Managing Director of Commercial Express, said “The scheme attracted a lot of positive feedback with staff members competing against each other to see who could gain the most points.”
He added “It was always our intention to run CX Points for 12 months and then look for an alternative method to reward the support of agents.”
CX Points will be allocated for business transacted online up until and including the 31st March 2008.
Agents have up until the 31st August 2008 to claim prizes by logging on to www.cxpoints.co.uk. No cash alternatives will be offered for an entire claim or for any shortfall between a claim and the number of points held by the participant or for any points existing following the 31st August 2008.
