Commercial Express Claims is now in its 10 month of running and Commercial Express are ever increasingly impressed by its continuing success.
Floods Update
Commercial Express Claims were extremely well prepared for the predicted influx of claims as a result of the extreme weather conditions and as a result of the preparation, were still able to offer our second to none service. CX Claims were able to avoid unnecessary and sometimes costly delays, which consequently avoided lots of unhappy customers. Having brought the claims department in-house and not having to rely on ‘third parties’, meant that we were able to prepare and forecast the levels of staffing we required, rather than only being made aware when it was too late, i.e. when people were unhappy.

At CX Claims, we currently deal only with CX Let, CX Commercial and CX Tenants Contents claims that are underwritten by the Navigators Insurance and we would therefore ask that any other claims be passed to the correct handlers/insurers.
When reporting claims we would ask that you obtain as much information as possible from policyholders before contacting us, as claims details are taken over the telephone and based upon the information we have at first notification we are able to make an immediate decision as to the best way in which to deal with the claim, i.e. whether we merely require the completion of a claim form or whether the loss necessitates the instruction of a loss adjuster.
