As part of our business strategy to continually improve our existing range of products we have agreed with insurers a major extension to the CX Tenants Contents contract.
Policyholders can now benefit from £2,500 Landlords Contents cover automatically included FREE of charge. This in effect means the tenant is protecting this deposit.
The Landlords Contents extension can be further extended to include Accidental Damage by paying the additional premium to include AD cover for the whole of the policy.
Another major improvement is the removal of the 90 day cessation clause which means that the tenant can leave their contents unattended for greater than 90 days which is vital if travelling abroad or at university.
CX Tenants Contents is for tenants of rented houses and flats up to 4 bedrooms which automatically include £30,000 contents cover. Our product caters for different types of tenants including professionals, students and those on unemployment, disability or housing benefit.
Premiums start from only £93.75, CX Tenants Contents benefits from a policy excess of £75.00 and cover extends to include theft of keys, frozen food and alternative accommodation cover
