CX TOBA updated
Effective from 19th May 2008 the Commercial Express Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) will be updated.
The only change is that no longer are individual insurers mentioned within the TOBA but instead are referred to as “the insurers”.
This is in effect means any new product or insurer introduced to the Commercial Express panel will automatically sub delegate risk transfer to the agent.
Important: Commercial Express’ online trading system will ask all users to accept the new terms of business agreement with effect from 19th May 2008 or the next time you access the system thereafter.
