With this in mind we are delighted to announce that we have been granted additional underwriting authority from insurers and thereby improving the speed and efficiency of the online referral process.

It is our aim to turnaround all referrals within 60 minutes, however, as you appreciate this might not always be possible.

To improve the level of communication between you and our underwriting team we would encourage agents to call us prior to submitting their referral if you need any technical support or advice. Likewise, If your referral is urgent then simply call us.

The insurance business is very much based on relationships and with this in mind we thought you would like to know more about the people you talk to on a regular basis. Next edition we will introduce our catering insurance team but to start with it’s the underwriters - Jordan Gregg & Rachel Bradbury.

For agents located in the Midlands area many of you would have received a visit from our Business Development Manager, Ian Derbyshire.

Due to the success of Ian’s role and our continued commitment to improving relationships with our agents Commercial Express will be recruiting a further Business Development Manager.

Rachel Bradbury
Rachel joined Commercial Express back in October 2006 and has quickly worked her way up the company ladder. Now, two years later she takes on the role of Jordan’s assistant (or so he likes to think!). When not slaving away in the office she can be found spending all her hard earned money on shoes when she should be concentrating on saving for a house.

Jordan Gregg
Jordan joined Commercial Express in April 2002. When not working in Dudley for CEQ Jordan has been known to enjoy a pint or two in Black Country watering holes. As a keen follower of football Jordan enjoys spending his hard earned money on a season ticket for the Wolves.
Other past times include playing football and squash and watching pretty much any sport on TV.
