Commercial Express is delighted to announce the re-launch of its commercial property owners’ scheme CX Commercial.
Rates have been reduced by up to an incredible 35% making CX Commercial one of the most competitive property owners’ schemes on the market.
The main alteration to the NEW CX Commercial has been the introduction of a No Claims Discount of up to 20%. Furthermore the base rate for Takeaways & Unoccupied properties has been reduced from 0.50% to 0.40%.
The NEW CX Commercial policy coverage has also been improved with £2,000,000 Property Owners Liability cover as standard. Accidental Damage is now available as an optional extra.

New Insurer
Due to Navigators Insurance decision to exit the UK property market CX Commercial will now be underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s. The same group of syndicates also underwrite CX Let, CX Industrial Property Owners, CX Fast Food & the range of SME products.
