As you are aware earlier this year we introduced a No Claims Discount (NCD) of up to 7.50% for landlords with a claim free record. The NCD facility has helped many agents obtain and retain new and existing business.
In line with our philosophy of continually improving our range of products we are pleased to announce that CX Let has been further improved with the addition of a voluntary excess.
Landlords will be able to add a voluntary excess if the property is tenanted by professionals, students or DSS (Non-Referral). The discounts available are as follows and apply in respect of each and every loss except whilst the property is unoccupied and for subsidence, landslip and heave which are as per the policy wording.

- Commission 20%
- There are no rating areas meaning that all risks will now be rated on tenancy type regardless of their location.
- Cover for individual flats is available
