The Commercial Express Breakdown and Recovery scheme provides support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout the UK and all designed to minimise the vehicles' downtime.

Our exclusive product provides roadside assistance, nationwide recovery and doorstep (Homestart) for your vehicle and trailer. All recovery vans are manned by specialists, who are focused on fixing the vehicle at the roadside rather than vehicle recovery. Each approved contractor carries a range of replacement parts and tools designed to meet the specific requirements of all vehicles.

Additional Benefits:

If the vehicle can not be repaired the same day, transportation of the policyholder and their vehicle to their home or original destination or repairer of their choice, or up to £100 for; a hire car for 24 hours or public transport or overnight bed and breakfast accommodation

Emergency medical transfer of the insured person hospitalised away from home, in the course of a journey within the Geographical limits in the insured vehicle. We will organise medical transfer as appropriate, but the insured will be responsible for paying and costs and expenses incurred in such a transfer.

If we have been contacted in connection with an insured incident, we will replay up to two telephone messages to the policyholder’s family members, friends or business associates to advise of unforeseen travel delays.

Cover includes the following: car, motorised caravans, motorcycles, light vans, estate cars, 4x4 sport utility vehicles, towed caravans or trailers.

Cover starts 48 hours after the purchase date / time.
