CX Commercial benefits from no rating post codes meaning that all risks are rated on tenancy type regardless of their location.

Rating

In recent months the rating the CX Commercial rating has been reduced by up to 35% making it one of the most competitive facilities on the market.

The main alteration to the CX Commercial contract has been the introduction of a No Claims Discount of up to 20%. Furthermore the base rate for Takeaways & Unoccupied properties has been reduced from 0.50% to 0.40%.

Cover

The CX Commercial policy coverage has also been improved with £2,000,000 Property Owners Liability cover as standard. Accidental Damage is now available as an optional extra.
