- Cover is available on a New for Old basis for Loss or Damage
- Cover includes Replacement of Locks following theft of keys
- Loss of Metered Water
- Loss of Rent 20% of the sum insured
Optional Extensions
- Accidental Damage if let to professionals
- Legal Expenses upto £25,000

- Flats above commercial premises are acceptable
