CX Commercial & Industrial can cater for over 450 trades and is designed to provide buildings, contents and loss of rent protection for commercial properties tenanted or owner occupied by high street trades such as shops, pubs, restaurants, hotels and offices.
The facility will also cater for industrial properties tenanted by manufacturing, processing and wholesaling trades.

Benefits include:

• Maximum sum insured £3,000,000
• Cover automatically includes subsidence, book debts cover, glass, 20% loss of rent and POL £2m
• Contents and Accidental Damage cover available
• Minimum Premium £150

If the property becomes unoccupied at any stage the property can remain on cover under the same policy number and benefit from our unoccupied buildings conditions:

• Cover can be extended to include malicious damage, flood and storm
• No time restriction for the period the property is left unoccupied

CX Commercial & Industrial is underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyds’ and rewards the agent with 17.50% commission.
