CX Unoccupied is an exclusive property owners’ product designed for commercial and industrial vacant properties. We can accommodate any building whether undergoing refurbishment, renovation, pending sale or awaiting occupation.

CX Unoccupied is extremely competitively rated and benefits from no rating areas meaning that all risks will now be rated depending on whether they are commercial and industrial regardless of their location.

Key Benefits include:

• Maximum sum insured £3,000,000
• Cover automatically includes fire, lightning, aircraft, explosion and POL £2m. 
• Cover can be extended to include malicious damage, flood and storm. 
• No time restriction for the period the property is left unoccupied
• Minimum Premium £150

If the property becomes occupied at any stage the property can remain on cover under the same policy number. Cover is further extended to include subsidence, glass and book debts when the property is occupied.

CX Unoccupied is underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyds’ and rewards the agent with 17.50% commission.
