CX Let

CX Let is Commercial Express' flagship product. Designed to provide buildings, contents, and loss of rent protection for private dwellings and underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s.

These private dwellings must be let to professionals, retired, students, asylum seekers, long term unoccupied properties awaiting an acceptable tenant and DSS tenants, who currently receive unemployment benefit, housing benefit, housing or disability benefit and DSS Referrals.

Rating
In recent months the rating the CX Let rating has been reduced on average by 30% making it one of the most competitive landlords facilities on the market.

Cover
The CX Let policy coverage has been massively improved in recent months to include Accidental Damage to Buildings for certain tenancy types and £2,000,000 Property Owners Liability cover as standard.
