The new look CX Portfolio benefits from a competitive rating structure and is available to any landlord with three or more residential properties.

Qualifying Criteria
A minimum of three properties and at least 50% of all properties must be tenanted by professionals and/or students.

CX Portfolio now enjoys the benefits of one of the best policy wordings on the market.

Key Benefits include:

• Property Owners Liability £5,000,000
• Automatic cover for additional buildings, extensions or other alterations, up to 10% of the Sum Insured.
• Up to £2,500 for replacement locks if keys are stolen
• Loss of metered water, gas, oil and electricity up to £5,000
• Any damage caused by emergency services to landscaped gardens up to £25,000
