To provides up to £30,000 contents cover.

Contents are covered for the following main events:

Fire, explosion, lightning and earthquake
Smoke
Riot, civil commotion, strikes, labour or political disturbances
Malicious acts or vandalism
Storm or Flood
Escape of water or oil from fixed domestic appliances

Occupier’s Legal Liability

Cover of up to £1,000,000 for any legal liability that arises from accidental bodily injury or accidental damage to property including your defence costs.

Cover is also provided for:

Food In Freezers	£250 Limit
Rent	£4,000 Limit

Excesses

The excesses applicable are as follows (unless otherwise stated):

Whilst the property is unoccupied	£500
Property Owners Liability	£250
Subsidence	£1,000
