Per Capita or Wages and Turnover.  Contractors, tradesmen and professional have the ability to acquire cover on a Per Capita or Wages and Turnover basis.  Meeting the needs of over 260 trades, CX Liability & Tools provides upto £10 million Public Liability insurance and £10 million Employer’s Liability with no restriction on the size of the business.  With upto 30% No Claims Discount and the ability to arrange Tools and Stock cover in isolation or as an extension to either liability scheme the policy is one of the strongest in the market.

 

CX Land Liability protects landlords and/or their business against legal liability for losses resulting from an accident or injury that has occurred on their land.  Providing upto £5 million Property Owners Liability cover it caters for all types of land including fields, private roads, moorlands, pastures, woodland, as well as development land.

 

Designed for domestic and commercial flooring contractors this specialist scheme provides all the key extensions required.  Included as standard is £5 million Public / Products Liability and £10 million Employer’s Liability with no limit on the number of employees.  The policy can be extended to incorporate a range of optional extensions covering Tools and Stock, Financial Loss and Defective Workmanship.
